They will gladly answer your questions, help you with scheduling conflicts, assist you with financing decisions, arrange overnight accommodations for out of town guests, phone you for important reminders, and be your point of contact for personal assistance.
Our Patient Care Coordinators are carefully selected and extensively trained by New Day. Our team also continues education and training at regular intervals to ensure they are up to date on all of our state-of-the-art equipment, procedures, and services.
