Pregnancy usually causes an increase of breast size. After breast augmentation, this increase will add up to the size increase obtained with the breast implants, and therefore produce a significantly larger breast than was originally planned.
The increase in breast size may be temporary, and therefore the breast may completely return to the pre-pregnancy size, or may be long term, causing the breasts to be larger than desired.
